Section 33-11-109 - Bond of Agency; Limitation of Actions

33-11-109. Bond of agency; limitation of actions. No action shall be brought upon any bond required to be given under this act after the expiration of two (2) years from the revocation or expiration of the license issued to the licensee and principal under the bond. Except for any action commenced upon the bond prior to expiration of the two (2) year period, all liability of the surety upon the bond shall cease on the expiration date.
