Section 33-16-505 - Certificate of Appointment; Oath

33-16-505. Certificate of appointment; oath. The governor shall furnish each person appointed to serve on the board a certificate of appointment. The appointee shall qualify by taking the usual oath of office before any person authorized to administer oaths, of the county in which the person resides, within ten (10) days after the appointment has been made, and this fact shall be noted on the certificate of appointment, and shall be filed with the state board of health.
