33-16-513. Petition for disciplinary action; notice for hearing; review. (a) A petition for the discipline of a licensee, registrant or permittee may be filed by the attorney general or by the county attorney of the county in which the licensee, registrant or permittee resides or has practiced. The petition shall be filed with the board and the board shall set the matter for hearing in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. (b) Petitions for review shall be in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Rules of Appellate Procedures.
