33-20-210. Provisions not to affect interstate commerce; city or town powers not limited. Nothing in this act shall be construed as prohibiting or in any way limiting, restricting or interfering with interstate commerce or the federal statutes regulatory thereof. Nor with the power of cities or towns to require additional licenses from or make additional regulations for temporary or transient merchants.
