33-21-140. Nursing education programs; periodic evaluation. The board shall periodically provide for reevaluation of approved nursing education programs based on actual reports or resurveys and shall publish a list of approved programs. The board shall collect actual costs incurred for the survey and approval process from the nursing education program, not to exceed five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
