33-21-141. Nursing education programs; denial or withdrawal of approval. The board may deny or withdraw approval or take action as deemed necessary regarding nursing education programs that fail to meet the standards established by the board, provided that all actions shall be effected in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
