33-21-148. Disciplining licensees; reinstatement. Any person whose license or certificate has been denied, suspended or revoked, pursuant to this act, may apply to the board for reinstatement of the license or certificate or issuance of a license or certificate after fulfilling those requirements determined by the board. The application shall be made in writing and in the form prescribed by the board. The board may grant or deny the application or it may modify its original findings to reflect any circumstances that have changed sufficiently to warrant modifications.
