33-24-104. State board of pharmacy; vacancies. Any vacancy upon the board caused by the disqualification, resignation, death or removal of a member shall be filled by the governor by appointment for the unexpired term of the vacated position. Appointment to fill a vacancy shall be made within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of the vacancy.
