33-24-105. State board of pharmacy; oath or affirmation of members. Each member of the board hereinafter appointed shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and subscribe an oath or affirmation that the member will support the constitution and the laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming, and that the member will faithfully perform the duties as a member of the state board of pharmacy.
