33-24-106. State board of pharmacy; president, vice-president and secretary-treasurer; common seal; meetings; quorum. The board shall elect from its members a president, vice-president, and a secretary-treasurer. The board shall have a common seal. The board shall meet at least three (3) times a year, and more often if necessary, for the examination of applicants for registration and other business of the board at the times and places as shall be designated by the president or the board. Meetings of the board shall be at the call of the president and the secretary-treasurer or a majority of the board. A regular meeting of the board shall be held in the month of June of each year. A majority of the board shall at all times constitute a quorum, and the proceedings thereof shall at all reasonable times be open to public inspection.
