33-24-115. Unlawful sale of licenses. It shall be unlawful for any member or members of the state board of pharmacy to sell or offer for sale any license contrary to the provisions of this act. A conviction thereof will constitute an abuse of official power and render such member ineligible for continued membership on the board and create a vacancy in his position.
