(a) All permanent licenses and certificates issued pursuant to this act shall expire on October 1 of the year next succeeding their issuance. (b) A license or certificate may be renewed by submitting a timely, sufficient and complete application, payment of the required fee and verification of continuing competence. (c) A license or certificate which has expired may be reissued upon submission by the applicant of a completed application, payment of fees, demonstration that the applicant meets all current requirements for licensure or certification under this act and verification of continuing competence.
