33-25-112. Hearing and appeal procedures. (a) All disciplinary actions, denials of applications and hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. (b) Except as provided by W.S. 33-25-111(b), all board decisions concerning revocation or suspension of a license or registration shall require an affirmative vote of three (3) board members. (c) In any appeal procedure the board shall be represented by an attorney from the staff of the attorney general.
