Section 33-26-203 - Board; Employment and Salary of Executive Director; and Other Employees; Compensation of Members

33-26-203. Board; employment and salary of executive director; and other employees; compensation of members. (a) The board may employ or contract with an executive director, board counsel, board prosecutor and other necessary staff. The executive director shall not be a board member. (b) The executive director's compensation and terms of employment shall, and board counsel's and the board prosecutor's compensation may, be set by the board. The compensation of other staff shall be set by the human resources division of the department of administration and information. (c) Board members shall receive salary in the same manner and amount as members of the Wyoming legislature and shall receive per diem and mileage as provided in W.S. 33-1-302(a)(vii), incurred in the performance of their official duties. Any incidental expenses necessarily incurred by the board or any member, if approved by the board, shall be paid from the account from fees collected pursuant to this chapter.
