33-26-307. Fees. (a) The board shall set by regulation appropriate license application, renewal and reactivation fees, examination fees and fees for information verification or document production and other services of the board to be charged under this chapter. (b) All money received or collected under this chapter shall be paid to the state treasurer for deposit in a separate account. The money in the account is subject at all times to the warrant of the state auditor drawn upon written requisition attested by the executive director of the board for the payment of any board expenses.
