Section 33-26-407 - Judicial Review

33-26-407. Judicial review. (a) Judicial review of the findings of the board may be obtained pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. All final administrative orders of the board shall remain effective pending any judicial review, except where the board finds that the licensee's continued practice presents no danger to the public. (b) In any disciplinary proceeding against a licensee, the board shall bear the burden of proving a violation of this act by clear and convincing evidence.
