33-28-101. Short title; license required. This act shall be known and may be cited as the 'Real Estate License Act.' It is unlawful for any person to engage in or conduct, directly or indirectly, or to advertise or hold himself out as engaging in real estate activity or acting in the capacity of a licensee within this state without first obtaining a license as provided in this act.
