33-28-108. Fees. Pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201, the commission shall establish fees for examinations, original licenses, modified licenses, renewals, certifications, change of place of business and transfers. The fees shall be used to pay the expense of maintaining and operating the office of the commission and the enforcement of this act.
