33-28-116. Real estate institutes and seminars; assistance in sponsoring studies and programs. (a) The commission may conduct or assist in conducting real estate institutes and seminars and incur and pay the necessary expenses in connection therewith. The institutes or seminars shall be open to all licensees and the public. (b) The commission is authorized to assist libraries and educational institutions in sponsoring studies and programs for the purpose of raising the standards of the real estate business and the competency of licensees.
