33-28-124. Act, error or omission in the rendering of real estate services. A cause of action arising from an act, error or omission in the rendering of services provided by a licensee under this act shall be brought within the time limits provided under W.S. 1-3-107. Nothing in this section shall be construed to extend the limitation period specified in W.S. 33-28-203 for actions for payment from the real estate recovery account.
