Section 33-3-101 - Citation

33-3-101. Citation. This act may be cited as the 'Certified Public Accountant's Act of 2005'. This act applies only to certified public accountants and certified public accountant firms and those who hold themselves out to be a certified public accountant or a certified public accountant firm.
