33-3-123. Initiation of disciplinary proceedings; conduct of proceedings. The board may initiate proceedings under this act on its own motion or on the written complaint of any person. All proceedings before the board shall be conducted under the rules and regulations adopted by the board and in accordance with the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
