33-3-127. Certified public accountant firm; wording used; requirements. No person shall assume or use the title or designation 'certified public accountant' in conjunction with names indicating or implying that there is an organization, or in conjunction with the designation 'and Company' or 'and Co.' or a similar designation if there is in fact no bona fide organization registered under the provisions of this act or under the provisions of a similar state act.
