Section 33-30-214 - Penalty for Violation; Injunction

33-30-214. Penalty for violation; injunction. (a) Any person who violates W.S. 33-30-101 through 33-30-215 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both. Each act of such unlawful practice shall constitute a distinct and separate offense. (b) The board or any citizen of this state may bring an action to enjoin any person from practicing veterinary medicine without a currently valid license or temporary permit. If the court finds that the person is violating or is threatening to violate this act, it shall enter an injunction restraining him from such unlawful acts.
