33-33-308. Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.
