33-38-107. Renewal of license and continuing education. Persons licensed or certified under this act shall submit biennially the appropriate renewal fee at a time specified by the board. The renewal request shall be accompanied by evidence satisfactory to the board of compliance with this act and participation in continuing education activities as established by rules and regulations of the board.
