33-39-116. Nonresident permit by reciprocity. If the board determines that another jurisdiction has substantially equivalent requirements and reciprocity exists between the jurisdictions, an applicant from such other jurisdiction may obtain a permit to practice as a certified real estate appraiser in this state.
