33-4-108. Licensing decisions of board. Except as provided in W.S. 33-4-115(c), all decisions of the board involving the granting, denial, renewal, revocation, suspension or withdrawal of a license shall be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
