33-4-109. Disposition of money collected; compensation for members of board. (a) All money shall be received and deposited to a separate account and payments made according to regulations established by the department of administration and information. The members of the board shall receive per diem and mileage allowance as provided in W.S. 33-1-302(a)(vii), for each official board meeting. The total expense for every purpose incurred by the board shall not exceed the total of revenue collected. (b) The board may use up to one-half (1/2) of its annual renewal fees for the purpose of contracting with institutions of higher education, professional organizations or qualified persons to provide educational programs that meet the board's continuing education requirements promulgated under W.S. 33-4-107. The board may also treat funds set aside for the purpose of continuing education as state funds for the purpose of accepting any funds made available under federal law on a matching basis to implement programs of continuing education.
