33-42-116. Account; expenditures. The water well contractors account is created. Funds provided under W.S. 9-1-904(b), 33-42-105(d) and 33-42-109(d) shall be deposited into the account. Income earned on amounts within the account shall be credited to the account. Funds in the account are continuously appropriated to the board for the operation and management of the board and the administration of this act.
