33-43-109. Licensure; fees. An applicant applying for a license to practice respiratory care shall pay an administrative fee to the board. Fees under this section shall be set by the board in accordance with W.S. 33-1-201. If an applicant fails to complete the requirements for licensing within three (3) years from the date of filing, the application is deemed to be abandoned.
