Section 33-43-114 - Disposition of Fees

33-43-114. Disposition of fees. Fees received by the board and any monies collected under this act shall be deposited with the state treasurer, who shall credit the money to a separate account which shall only be used by the board to defray costs incurred in the administration of this act.
