Section 33-9-109 - Exemptions

33-9-109. Exemptions. (a) This act does not apply to the commissioned podiatrists of the United States armed services in the actual performance of their official duties, to physicians or surgeons, to osteopathic physicians and surgeons regularly licensed under the laws of Wyoming, nor to any visiting podiatrist called into consultation in this state from another state where he is duly qualified under the laws of that state to practice podiatry. (b) This act shall not prohibit the fitting, recommending, advertising, adjusting or sale of corrective shoes, arch supports or similar mechanical appliances or foot remedies by retail dealers or manufacturers.
