Section 34-1-122 - Force and Effect of Conveyances Prior to Act

34-1-122. Force and effect of conveyances prior to act. All conveyances of real estate heretofore made and acknowledged or proved in accordance with the laws of this state in force at the time of such making, acknowledgment or proof, shall have the same force as evidence, and be recorded in the same manner and with like effect as conveyances executed and acknowledged in accordance with the provisions of this act.
