34-12-105. Townsites; recording fees. When any person, company or corporation, shall file a townsite plat, or an addition to a townsite, it must be accompanied by the fee listed in W.S. 18-3-402(a)(xvi)(O) for the purpose of filing and recording of said plat. The record of the plat shall include a description of the lots and blocks.
