34-21-1107. Fees. The secretary of state shall, while determining appropriate fees under W.S. 34.1-9-525 for original financing statements, determine appropriate fees for effective financing statement filings, statements of amendments, continuation, assignment and release and for statements of termination by rules. The rules must be adopted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
