Section 34-4-110 - Successor to Officer Making Sale May Execute Conveyance

34-4-110. Successor to officer making sale may execute conveyance. If the term of service of the officer who makes sale of any lands and tenements as provided in chapter 243 of the Wyoming Compiled Statutes of 1910 expires, or if such officer die, be absent or unable for any cause to make a deed of conveyance of the property sold, any successor of such officer may execute such conveyance.
