Section 34-5-109 - Copies of Proceedings in Foreign Courts

34-5-109. Copies of proceedings in foreign courts. Duly certified copies, according to law, of the proceedings in foreign courts, mentioned and referred to in W.S. 34-5-107, 34-5-108 and 34-5-110, when recorded in the office of the county clerk of the county where the land involved is situate, such records, or the certified copies thereof, shall be competent and prima facie evidence of the truth of the contents thereof, and the regularity of the proceedings therein set forth.
