35-15-103. Definitions. (a) As used in this act, the following terms shall have the following meanings, except where the context clearly indicates another meaning is indicated: (i) 'Department' means the department of health or its designee; (ii) 'Person' means any individual natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group; (iii) 'Assembly' means a company of persons gathered together at any location at any single time for any purpose.
