Section 35-2-909 - Penalties for Violations

35-2-909. Penalties for violations. Except for violations otherwise punishable as a felony under the laws of this state, any person establishing or operating a facility or providing a service without first obtaining a license as required in this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not to exceed seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, or both. Each calendar week or portion thereof during which a violation continues is a separate offense.
