35-4-224. Standards for mobile home parks eliminated. The department of health has no authority to regulate, or to promulgate or enforce rules, regulations or standards regulating the design and construction of sewerage and water facilities within a mobile home park. This does not preclude the department from promulgating and enforcing rules and regulations or standards regulating the health of persons within a mobile home park and inspecting sewerage and water facilities within a mobile home park upon completion of the construction of such facilities.
