Section 35-7-112 - Cease Operations Order; Injunction Proceedings

35-7-112. Cease operations order; injunction proceedings. (a) If the director or the director of the department of health pursuant to W.S. 35-7-123(b)(vi) has probable cause to believe that an imminent hazard to the public health exists from a violation of this act, he may order any person to immediately cease the practice believed to be a violation and shall provide the person an opportunity for a hearing pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act within ten (10) days after issuing the order. (b) In addition to any other remedies, the director may apply to the district court for injunctive relief from any person who violates W.S. 35-7-111.
