35-7-120. Regulations. (a) The director may promulgate regulations necessary for the efficient enforcement of this act. (b) The director may promulgate regulations necessary to ensure that appropriate sanitary conditions and water quality standards are met by any person engaged in the distribution of bulk quantities of water for sale for human consumption.
