35-7-1023. Board of pharmacy to administer registration requirements; rules; fees. The Wyoming state board of pharmacy shall have the responsibility for administering the registration requirements of this article, and may promulgate rules and charge reasonable fees relating to the registration and control of the manufacture, distribution, and dispensing of controlled substances within this state.
