35-7-372. Jurisdiction; repeals. Jurisdiction in all matters pertaining to the registration, distribution, transportation and disposal of pesticides and devices is by this act vested exclusively in the director and board of certification and all acts and parts of acts inconsistent with this act are hereby expressly repealed.
