Section 35-8-323 - Districts Charged With Maintaining Existing Public Cemeteries

35-8-323. Districts charged with maintaining existing public cemeteries. All districts organized under the provisions of this act are charged with the duty of maintaining existing public cemeteries owned and maintained by incorporated cities or towns, or otherwise, within the boundaries of the district; and such maintenance shall be as nearly uniform as possible.
