35-9-112. Certain structures declared nuisance; answer to notice or order. Within twenty (20) days of service of an order under W.S. 35-9-111(b) the owner or occupant may file with the clerk of the district court and serve upon the council an answer denying the existence of any of the allegations in the order. If no answer is filed and served, the court shall affirm the order of condemnation and fix a time in which the order shall be enforced. If an answer is filed and served, the court shall hear and determine the issues raised as provided in W.S. 35-9-113.
