35-9-113. Certain structures declared nuisance; hearing. Upon application of the state fire marshal, county fire warden or the chief of a fire department or district, the court shall order a hearing within twenty (20) days from the date of the filing of the answer. If the court sustains the order, the court shall fix a time within which the order shall be enforced. Otherwise the court shall annul or set aside the order of condemnation.
