Section 35-9-117 - Removal of Combustible Material; Appeal to Council

35-9-117. Removal of combustible material; appeal to council. An owner or occupant aggrieved by an order of an officer under W.S. 35-9-116 may appeal to the council within forty-eight (48) hours. The cause of the complaint shall be investigated immediately by direction of the council. Unless the order is revoked by the council, it shall remain in force and the owner or occupant shall comply.
