35-9-304. Illegal entry or use. Any entry into or use of any area in violation of this act shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment in the county jail for not to exceed thirty (30) days or both the fine and imprisonment.
